PEDIATRIC DAY HEALTH CENTER
Licensed by California Dept. of Health Care Services to offer physician individualized skilled nursing care in a warm nurturing environment for medically fragile children from birth to 22 years of age.
A Pediatric Day Health Center (PDHC) provides access to skilled medical care during the day and for occasional overnight respite. Typically children come to a PDHC from 4-54 hours a week in order to receive services like part-time daycare, full-time daycare, and sleepovers.
Facility operating hours vary based on parent need but generally are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Respites also vary based on parent's need but generally are a few weekends a month.
